Beginner Acro

Where dance meets acrobatics. Our Beginner Acro class blends flexibility, strength, and balance with dance technique — building body awareness and control in a safe, structured environment.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Tumble, balance, and build

Acro is a thrilling blend of dance and acrobatics that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and body control. Our Beginner Acro class introduces dancers aged 5–7 to foundational acro skills — rolls, balances, and basic tumbling — all taught with a strong emphasis on safety and proper technique. It's a fantastic complement to other dance styles, developing the core strength and flexibility that benefit every dancer. Beginner acro dancers build confidence as they master new skills, and perform in our year-end recital.
