Stretch and Strength Instructor

Logan Currey

Logan began dancing at La Danse at age four and trained across every genre. Now studying science at the U of S, she brings her passion for health and fitness to help dancers build strength and flexibility.

ABOUT LOGAN

Logan began her dance journey at La Danse in ballet at the age four. She continued dancing with La Danse under the direction of Hazel Ann Stark, Heather Myers and Linda Erikson, training in various genres, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe, acro and modern dance. During her years at the studio, she completed various CDTA tap exams, RAD ballet exams and performed competitively with the studio. She has experience assisting various classes including jazz, lyrical, ballet and modern.  Logan is also certified in module one of Alexia Flexibility.

In the fall, Logan will enter her third year at the University of Saskatchewan, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Physiological, and Pharmacological Sciences. She hopes to pursue a career in the
medical field. Last year, Logan was also a member of the university dance team and will look to continue dancing through school.


Logan considers herself extremely lucky to have trained at La Danse and is thrilled to be teaching at the studio. She will continue to share her passion for health and fitness to benefit dancers in the stretch and strength classes.
