Mason McGrath
Mason began dancing at the age of four in her hometown of LeRoy, Saskatchewan. A few years later she followed her older sister Mallory to Humboldt to dance under the instruction of Jacquie Huck at Jacquie’s Dance Academy. She explored all disciplines of dance and earned her certificates for CDTA Advanced Tap and Jazz examinations, as well as RAD Intermediate Foundation Ballet exam. Mason enjoyed attending dance competitions in Saskatchewan and workshops throughout Canada and the United States. Her favourite dance memory to look back on is spending countless hours in her hometown studio, under the very strict instruction of Mallory, as she pushed her to improve her technique and perform her best.
After graduating high school, Mason pursued a career in ultrasound. She has worked the past four years at Royal University Hospital performing cardiac ultrasounds.
Mason has spent the last two years working evenings at the desk. She also partakes in our Adult Tap classes and has loved being a part of the dance community again.
